Change to delivery charges and times

As a result of significant postage increases of 12% by Royal Mail, effective from 4th April 2011, PoGo will be sending all deliveries by 2nd class post in order to keep costs down for our customers.

If customers wish to receive an order more quickly, we are happy to take orders by telephone (01727.762443) and we will advise the costs and time scales applicable.

PoGo has kept its delivery charges low since September 2009 and we hope that customers will understand our decision to opt for 2nd class postage, rather than pass on Royal Mail's disporportionate increases.
