The pogopack.co.uk Refunds Policy applies to goods purchased via our Website and does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that because some of our Products are sanitary pads and accessories, we will undertake stringent checks on returned goods for hygiene and safety reasons.
Should you wish to return any Product, in the first instance you should contact us via email at info@pogopack.co.uk explaining the reason for wishing to return the Product to us. Please include your name, delivery address and order number.
We will contact you to discuss or advise whether you have valid entitlement to return the Product and we will agree an appropriate course of action, including the address to which the returned Product should be sent (which may differ from that which appears on your receipt).
In accordance with current legislation you may cancel your contract with us up to seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. Such cancellation must be notified to us in writing at info@pogopack.co.uk within that period.
If you cancel your contract with us, we require the Product to be restored to us within 14 days of your written cancellation in its original packaging, unopened and in perfect, resaleable condition. You are responsible for bearing the full costs of returning the Product to us and we recommend that you obtain proof of despatch for your protection. We will take into account the condition of the returned Product when determining your entitlement to a refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Product is adequately packaged and protected when returning it to us to avoid it being damaged during transit to us.
If the Product is lost in transit to us, you accept that this is your responsibility and no refund will be payable.
Any unwanted goods notified to us after the statutory cooling off period will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event that the goods you ordered are damaged in transit to you, your statutory rights apply. You must notify us at info@pogopack.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will contact you to determine how best to resolve this. If we require you to return the goods to us, such goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. We will refund you the postage costs in accordance with clause 6 below and supply you with an exchange Product.
Our Products are individually inspected before shipment to ensure that they are in perfect condition. It is therefore highly unlikely that the Products or any of their constituent parts will contain defects. However, you have the right to return any Product if defective. Please contact us via info@pogopack.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, specifying the nature of the defect. We will contact you to discuss how we can best resolve this. If we require you to return the defective goods to us, you must do so within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. We will refund you the postage costs in accordance with clause 6 below and provide you with an exchange Product.
If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us at info@pogopack.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will contact you to discuss how we can best resolve this. If we require you to return the incorrectly supplied Product/s, you must do so within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. We will refund you the postage costs in accordance with clause 6 below and provide you with an exchange Product.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Product is adequately packaged and protected when returning it to us to avoid it being damaged during transit to us. You are also responsible for ensuring the secure delivery of the Product to us and we recommend you obtain proof of dispatch for your protection. If the Product is lost in transit to us, you accept that this is your responsibility and no refund will be payable.
Provided you return the Product to us within the 14 days, you will have nothing to pay. If you do not return the Product to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right to retain payment for the goods as per the original order.
Where goods are damaged in transit or are found to be defective, we agree to refund postage costs on returned Products up to a maximum of the value of postage paid on the order when the returned goods were purchased.
Where you are returning a Product that was part of an order consisting of more than one item, we will refund the per-Product charge for delivery that you incurred.
In the event that we arrange to collect a Product from you, we reserve the right to recover the full costs of collection from you and we will endeavour to keep such costs to a minimum.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund.
Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and will be made within 30 days of our receiving the returned Products.
In the case of Unwanted Goods or Incorrectly Supplied Goods, we reserve the right to refuse returned goods if they are damaged or used or if the original packaging has been tampered with in any way whatsoever.
In the case of Products that are returned as Damaged or Defective, in the event that we find no fault, or find evidence of malicious and willful damage or defacement of a Product, we reserve the right refuse a refund and to re-charge you for replacement items and applicable postage.
Partial refunds will not be offered.
