It contains enough sanitary pads and other necessary items for a long-weekend away. The last thing you want to do is waste time going to the shops! Here's a list:

4 Pantyliners
Perfect for spotting or light flow days, and also great for discharge before and between periods.

6 Ultra Teen Pads
These are designed especially for girls. They're narrower and shorter than women's pads, giving girls a more comfortable fit, and they have excellent absorbency, performing as well as women's pads.

2 Night / Heavy Flow Pads
To give extra protection at night-time, and also perfect for heavy flow days.

The PoGo Purse™
A pull-out purse that you can fill with enough pads for a day out, or school.

An Information Leaflet
Written in simple language, this provides helpful, reassuring information about the menstrual cycle, how to use the products (with diagrams) and advice on hygienic disposal of sanitary pads.

A 12-month Period Planner
Girls can track their bleeding and learn to identify their menstrual cycle, helping them to be better prepared. The planner can be completed no matter what day, month or year their periods start. Registered users can download more planners at any time.

Tissues
Just in case there is no toilet paper handy when needed!

Notebook and pen

What's NOT in the PoGo Pack™?

We've deliberately not included tampons and feminine wipes.

Until a girl's periods have settled down into a regular pattern and she knows how heavy her blood flow is during her periods, it's not wise to use tampons because knowing what size to use for the right amount of absorbency is essential. Although problems are rare, using the wrong size tampon can sometimes put a girl's health at risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

Girls can sometimes have an allergic reaction to feminine wipes, which can result in itching and thrush, which is an unpleasant infection to cope with. We're not saying that all feminine wipes are bad, but many do contain harsh chemicals which are best avoided.
